List lab orders

Request

Poll a keyset-paginated page of the account+location's lab orders. Filterable by status, order number, and a created-date range. Each order references its patient and ordering provider by id only — resolve those via /patient and /staff (batched). Partners that can receive inbound HTTPS may additionally subscribe to the lab-order.submitted webhook event to discover new orders without polling.
