Get multiple staff members by ID

Request

Resolve a bounded set of staff ids in one call — the same StaffDTO shape as GET /{staffId}, including npiNumber — so a page of lab orders can resolve ordering providers without a per-order fan-out. Ids the account does not own are omitted; each returned record carries its id.
